The Visionary Leadership Program (VLP)
The VLP is our flagship program, and is the only values-based leadership program in Australia using the AVI . Participants are exposed to a profound experience that has long-term impact on their leadership, learning and life.
Why should I participate?
Today’s leaders must create visions, build commitment, foster innovation &
creativity, promote and subscribe to continuous learning, and develop those who
have the power to make extraordinary things possible - their people! They are
being asked to achieve all this in an environment of uncertainty, change and
increasingly conflicting priorities.
This program provides you with practical steps to be a values-based, visionary
leader and enables you to develop a strategy for yourself and your organisation to
survive and thrive in turbulent times.

Leaders and future leaders integral to the succesful implementation and execution
of the visions of your organisation, who would benefit from learning and practicing
essential tools and skills to achieve extraordinary results. Past participants continue to enjoy the rewards long after the close of the program.
Where is it?
We offer this program in Sydney, Brisbane, Wollongong & regional venues
according to demand. This program is also available “in-house” for a minimum of
9 within your organisation.
When?
2 x 2 days, with a month in between for practice and reflection.

4 day program is $3600 per person (+GST). Fee includes all meals, program materials including texts, and a comprehensive Leadership Development workbook based on the results of a values inventory completed online
